  • Is packaging design support available?

    Yes, we offer comprehensive packaging design services, including bottle label design, custom bottle mold development (engraved or embossed), carton and shipping packaging solutions, as well as extended support for gift box and e-commerce packaging design.

  • What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

    Our standard MOQ is 3,000 cartons. For small-batch trial production (around 300 cartons), special arrangements can be discussed in advance.

  • Is short-term warehousing available?

    We offer short-term warehousing and flexible allocation services to support clients in managing initial inventory and market distribution strategies.

  • Is full Taiwan-wide delivery and export coordination available?

    We provide logistics support for domestic distribution and can assist with export documentation, including certificates of origin and water quality analysis reports. Our services support export to markets such as Southeast Asia, Japan, Europe, and the United States.

  • Is assistance available for laboratory testing and regulatory documentation?

    Each product batch includes an in-house inspection report covering appearance, microbiological analysis, and mineral composition. Upon request, third-party testing (e.g., SGS) can be arranged, with additional costs applied.

  • What is the shelf life of the bottled water?

    We recommend consuming the product within 12 months under normal storage conditions for optimal quality. Stability tests have shown that the product can remain safe for up to 24 months. Please avoid direct sunlight and high-temperature environments.

  • Are there any microplastics or heavy metals present in your products?

    Our deep ocean water is sourced from pristine, pollution-free depths and undergoes multi-stage filtration while preserving essential minerals. The final product is free from microplastics, plasticizers, and heavy metals, and has passed all required safety and quality tests.

    Products can undergo the HALAL certification process upon request, making them suitable for expansion into Muslim markets.

  • Do the bottle materials comply with environmental regulations?

    We use food-grade PET bottles and also offer rPET (recycled PET) options to meet the environmental regulations of various countries.

  • Is packaging customization available for vending machine and retail distribution requirements?

    We can customize bottle design, labeling, and barcoding to meet the specific requirements of different sales channels, including convenience stores, hypermarkets, and export markets.
