DEEP OCEAN WATER CONCENTRATE OEM SERVICES

  • Is it possible to apply ingredients in food manufacturing or formulation?

We offer technical consulting to support the integration of our ingredients into beverages, jellies, powders, or beauty products, with guidance on formulation optimization.

  • What is the shelf life of the concentrate?

Depending on the concentration, the product is generally recommended for use within 24 to 36 months when stored at room temperature. It should be kept away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.

  • Is sample-size packaging available?

We offer 20–30ml sample bottles to support brand development and business presentations.

  • Is supporting documentation available for product functionality and technical specifications?

We provide COA (Certificate of Analysis), MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), and academic research summaries to support product labeling and marketing claims.

  • Is the concentrate tested and certified safe?

Each batch is tested by SGS or other accredited third-party laboratories to ensure that heavy metals, microbiological levels, and key quality indicators meet food-grade standards.

  • Is it possible to manufacture products in drop format?

We can produce functional liquid drops in volumes under 30ml, suitable for health supplements or products with specific functional claims.

  • What is the minimum order quantity and available packaging formats?

The minimum order quantity starts from approximately 1 kilogram. We offer both bulk drum packaging and small bottle formats such as 30ml or 50ml, depending on the intended application.

  • What concentration levels are available?

We offer standard concentrations of 100,000 ppm, 200,000 ppm, 300,000 ppm, and 400,000 ppm, or based on magnesium content classifications such as 40K, 90K, and 100K. Custom mineral ratios can also be formulated upon request.

  • Can the concentrate be consumed directly?

Products with mineral concentrations below 100,000 ppm can be used in small amounts as drops. For concentrations above 100,000 ppm, dilution at a ratio of 1:10 to 1:30 is recommended, depending on the intended application.

  • What is deep ocean water concentrate?

Deep ocean water is concentrated through a low-temperature vacuum distillation process, significantly increasing its mineral content. The resulting concentrate is widely used in functional beverages, dietary supplements, and cosmetic formulations.
